• Failure is an event, not a person
• Sometimes we hurt more than help others
• Remember when we used to say ‘brb’ all the time when we were online? We don’t say it anymore. We no longer leave. We live here now.
• We look up at the same stars and see such different things
• The person who hurt me may never feel guilty, but i have no control over that. I only control my own actions. And i can choose peace and acceptance to move forward. Or i can choose to hold onto the pain n anguish  over what they did. But, each day, i try to choose peace n trust that the Universe vll bring good ppl n blessings my way as life goes on.

How to care for introverts

• Respect their need for privacy and to spend time on their own
• Never embarrass them in public
• Let them observe first in new situations
• Give them time to think. Don’t demand instant answers
• Don’t interrupt them.
• Give them advanced notice of expected changes in their lives
• Give them 15 min warnings to finish whatever they are doing before calling them to dinner or moving on to the next activity.
• Reprimand them privately
• Teach them new skills in privately rather than in public
• Do not push them to make lots of frds
• Respect their introversion. Don’t try to remake them into extraverts
