one day spent with someone you love can change everything; if you apply the 80:20 principle to your personal life, you will get even greater returns. Take your social circle as an example; 20 % of ur frds vll give u 80% of ur joy; yet v try to fit everyone in. it’s impossible; we accept invitations to events we are not even sure we want to go to but we can’t find a couple of hours for closest friend who always puts a smile on your face. Far better to identify the top 20% of people in your life who make you happiest, and schedule time with them first. I am not suggesting cutting anyone out of your life and of course not everyone we love makes us happy all the time, but you have to make sure you prioritize those who matter most to you; find your tribe- nurture it , build it , grow it bcoz that vll help u become the person you want to be - Excerpt from Do less get more

- You can change yourself; but that can change everything.
- If we understand the underlying cause of what we think of as bad in someone, instead of being hateful, we will be compassionate. For is not every soul inherently good? A saintly person will hate the disease but love the diseased - RNS

Wisdom Nuggets 10
- Don’t complain for 30 days and just watch how your life changes.
- Take chances, take a lot of them. Because honestly, no matter where you end up and with whom, it always ends up just the way it should be. Your mistakes make who you are. You learn and grow with each choice you make. Everything is worth it. Say how you feel , always. Be you, and be ok with it.
- Don’t read so that you can get through the book, read so that the book can get through you.
- You could meet someone tomorrow who has better intentions for you than someone you’ve known your whole life. Time means nothing, character does.
- All your best ideas will come during meditation, but meditation itself is the best idea of all.
Wisdom Nuggets 9
- Every week this year, pick a quote that you are inspired by to try and put into action. Write it on a post it note, stick it above your bed and make it your screensaver. You will have tried 52 new things by the end of the year.
- If you don’t want anyone to find out, don’t do it.
- This January start the year with empty jar. Each week add a note with a good thing that happened. On new year’s eve empty the jar and read about the amazing year you had.
- Wellness can be expensive but it’s cheaper than illness.
- An irresponsible leader can break the hearts and faith of his followers and raise suspicion even toward those who are genuine. What pain his hypocrisy caused to those who trusted him and just see what it has done to his own life. How essential it is to live what we believe. How vital it is to practice what we preach.
