• Hugging is gud medicine: it transfers the energy n gives the person hugged an emotional lift. U need 4 hugs a day for survival, 8 for maintenance n 12 for growth. Scientists say that hugging is a form of communication coz it can say things u don’t have the words for. N the nicest thing about hug is that u usually can’t give one without getting one.
• What a strange world. We trade our days for things.
• When u have nothing to lose u have everything to gain.
• If v vld only see that all limitations are self imposed n chosen out of fear, v vld leap at once.
