• Don’t explain your philosophy. Embody it.- The world does not change based on your opinion, it changes because of your example.
• Be with someone who puts down their phone and listens to how your day went
• People do not decide their futures. They decide their habits and their habits decide their futures.
• When you run out of energy, learn to refuel not quit. - it’s so easy to just tired and quit. But the difference is top performers learn how to refuel. They know what they need and when they need it.
• If you tell the truth it becomes a part of your past. If you lie it becomes a part of your future.- Better not to learn this from experience.
