• The truth is, most people don’t ever start because they don’t want to be seen starting at the bottom. Don’t be most people.
• You are under no obligation to be the same person you were a year, a month or even 15 minutes ago. You have the right to grow. No apologies.
• When a child is learning how to walk and falls down 50 times, they never think to themselves “ May be this is not for me”
• When you start doubting yourself , remember how far you have come. Remember everything that you have faced, all the battles you have won, and all the fears you have overcome.
• If someone shows you their true colors, don’t try and repaint them.
